Welcome to the Spring season of the Cultivate Festival – for new and experienced growers!
Our March events focus on sharing practical resources and information to support
Waltham Forest residents to enjoy growing summer fruits and vegetables with success.
The Cultivate festival is for everyone interested in growing food in Waltham Forest, whether your food growing space is squeezed into a window sill, a doorway, stretches across an urban garden, transforms a community garden or an enterprising market garden.
As we sow the seeds in this Spring season of the festival for growing our summer crops we look ahead to Cultivate’s Autumn Season, 3-11 September, with opportunities to get together and celebrate the summer harvests including the Cultivate Produce Show September 4, and to share information and ideas about growing through autumn and winter.
Our thanks go to Organiclea, Capital Growth, Artillery, Transition Leytonstone, North London Waste and the Secret Seed Society for their contributions to Cultivate’s Spring Season.
